			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I really enjoyed the meeting last night.  I am starting to get to know everyone in our group, and we are helping each other figure out things that will help us stay successful! Not only in weight loss, but in life. </p>
<p>Last night at my meeting our group leader said something that really struck a chord with me.  We were talking about how people want to rush through the program.  They can&#8217;t wait for it to be finished&#8230; I will admit&#8230; I was looking forward to not drinking shakes every day&#8230; she said&#8230;what is the rush&#8230;when we are done with the program, we are always going to have to watch our weight&#8230; the diet doesn&#8217;t end because you reach your goal weight&#8230; you have to be in control of your body and your choices, or you will end up right where you are today.</p>
<p>This really makes a lot of sense to me. </p>
<p>I lost 4.5lbs this week! woot!</p>

<p>This week I lost 2.5lbs&#8230; I was a little disappointed until I spoke to some other people in my group.  Most of them lost 2lbs as well&#8230; During the first week, your body loses a lot of water&#8230; during the second week you get some of that water back&#8230;so your loss wont seem as big&#8230; I can&#8217;t wait till next week to see what will happen!</p>
<p>This week I learned that I am always worried about what other people think of me, what I am eating, etc.   When I would finally be with someone who I didn&#8217;t feel judged me&#8230;I would let myself have free reign over food&#8230; I would eat whatever I wanted because I didn&#8217;t feel they were judging me&#8230;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So&#8230; before I tell you about my weight loss, let me tell you about the first week on product.   The first day was the most challenging.  I didn&#8217;t feel shaky, or weak&#8230; which was one of my concerns, but I did want to eat everything I smelled.  I found this very interesting because I wasn&#8217;t even hungry!  The shakes and water were very filling for me. </p>
<p>So I learned something about myself on my first day! I eat when I am not hungry!  Well, I knew that I did that sometimes, but I realized that I must do if very often, I was compelled to eat by the smell of things&#8230; I need to not let myself mindlessly eat just because something smells good. </p>
<p>Day two was much easier!  I started to think about the smells more like a perfume&#8230; I enjoyed them, but didn&#8217;t have to try very hard to keep myself from wanting to eat whatever I was smelling..  </p>
<p>Other people in my meeting had trouble staying away from food during the week.  They also felt hungry&#8230; I was hungry, but only when it was time to eat.  everyone&#8217;s body reacts differently&#8230; so all I can do is tell what has happened to me.</p>
<p>The rest of my week went well&#8230;I stayed on program, didn&#8217;t eat anything other than my shakes, and a few diet sodas&#8230;</p>
<p>my weight loss for week 1 on shakes =10.5lbs!  (average loss for the first week is 7-10lbs)</p>
<p>Starting Weight: 251</p>
<p>Current Weight: 237</p>

<p>We had our second meeting tonight&#8230; our meeting leader had us track our food last week&#8230; I lost 3lbs lol&#8230; I wasn&#8217;t even trying to eat super good! But hey&#8230;starting my weight loss at a lower weight&#8230;that is a good thing!</p>
<p>I start shakes tomorrow! eek!  I will be at Disneyland for the first 3 days of shakes&#8230; I know I can do this! Wish me luck!</p>
